NextWave-Tech offers a 24-hour trial period that allows users to test the service before purchasing a paid subscription.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because IPTV is a digital service with immediate access, refunds are not automatically granted after activation. Refunds may only be approved if:

• The service was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side, or
• The customer could not access the service with valid credentials and after technical verification.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
