2. Description of Service

NextWave-Tech provides access to IPTV streaming services including live TV, video-on-demand (VOD), series, and other digital content through our infrastructure.
We do not own or host any of the media content provided through our platform — we act solely as a technical streaming service provider.

3. User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old to register for an account.
• You agree not to copy, rebroadcast, or redistribute any content provided through our service.
• VPN usage is allowed as long as it doesn’t violate our technical or licensing limitations.
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

4. Service Availability

NextWave-Tech strives for a 99% uptime. However, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or external network issues. Service downtime does not automatically qualify for refunds unless otherwise stated.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• All subscriptions must be prepaid using the available payment methods on our platform.
• Prices may change. Customers will be notified at least 14 days prior to any price adjustment.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly requested by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, interfaces, names, and scripts are the intellectual property of NextWave-Tech. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Modifications

NextWave-Tech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
